The Surgery was a transitional performance piece at //PIXELMOUTH’s “The Enfleshment” (June 2025). In the far future, a robot hive mind has asked the last human doctors left to build it a flesh form so it may experience the ecstasy of death. Narrated by musings on life and death, “The Surgery” consisted of the creation and destruction of this flesh body.
