e.12 Hallowed TextDigital, Touchdesigner
    Hallowed text was a Touchdesigner experiment I did with poetry being written and unwritten. The original poem is Thoughts in the Silent Night, a request of Olive Hui for whom this piece was made. 

I started with 3D shapes of each character and created them in an instancing network where their placement and opacity would change over time with noise, creating a glowing poem that would appear and disappear. I’ve used this technique on a few text experiments after the orignal as well.
